    Great info. My husband did the master cleanse once - he lasted almost a week, then transferred to a 3 day raw food diet.

    He was the most relaxes person I'd ever seen during this time. His skin did clear up a bit and he reported better digestion afterwards.

    We may try a fruit/veggie smoothie fast soon.

    Great post. I agree that we people must undergo cleansing so that the toxins that we have accumulated will be flushed out. Keep in mind that these toxins are the reason why we get sick. And we usually get these toxins in the food that we eat and in the environment.
